Pokemon Pack 4 (26 new pokemon)

Hey everyone, I know it hasn't been a full day since the last one, but here I am.

This update adds 26 new pokemon, has resized a few old pokemon, and has hopefully made merging less glitchy. I hope you all enjoy, and please tell me what I should add next, or if you find any bugs.
